   Invision board software as Dyamond lists is a good starting point, but forums are disposable as in you need to have a great following to keep it going and active as in the likes of Majorgeeks Forums.
   
   If its not going to cater for many users really don't bother starting one as it maybe more hassle than enough, maybe a blog would be better for you to portray your thoughts out to the masses?
