Making recovery discs?

Is there a program that makes a set of recovery CDs or a DVD that will restore the OS and programs that I install on a customer's PC?

In other words, I want to be able to build a PC for a customer with XP and then install a few programs on it and then make a set of discs that they can use for recovery that will not only re-load XP but also the original programs that I put on it... Kinda like what the PC manufacturers give you.

Any ideas?

 

You could use ghost, True Image, or another similar program to make an image of the drive, once you have set it up. However, that means a licensed copy would have to be installed on the PC and that would cost around $50 for each PC.

 

I probably won't go this route due to price, but if I did, would it be a bootable recovery disc just like with a factory PC?

 

Alright, not a big fan of Norton, but will this do what I'm looking for AND can I use it on more than one computer? I don't want to have to buy a disc for each PC I use it on.

Does anyone know where I can buy a Turion 64 CPU? And what socket are they? I have a socket 754 Sempron in my notebook and was curious if I could stick in a Turion 64. How hard is it to swap CPUs on a laptop?
