Making sure computer's clean

Hey guys. My friend was having some trouble with their computer so I told em I'd clean it up for em. I found several viruses and think I got rid of most of it. There are one or two processes I'm still not sure of and I just wanted to run it by you guys before I return the computer. I've done the usual stuff you recommend. I attached a HJT log. Thanks.

 

Scan with HijackThis and Check the Boxes for the following:

O9 - Extra button: WeatherBug - {AF6CABAB-61F9-4f12-A198-B7D41EF1CB52} - C:\Program Files\AWS\WeatherBug\Weather.exe (file missing) (HKCU)

NOW:
Navigate to and DELETE the following if they should remain:

C:\Program Files\AWS

NEXT:
Run CCleaner

FINAL STEP
Surf in to Windows Updates, download and install Service Pack 2. Also, get ALL critical updates. Afterwards your log will be clean!
