Mal Ware Virus Cleaning, assistance please

After working on my office computer at a un secure Hotel, I ended up with all sorts of unknowns on my computer. Various adds kept popping up for anti spyware, ect. A friend recomended i lookingto the malware portion of your posting. Running through the forum, I followed most of the instructions to the point, and have been throughly impressed. Iw ould ike to esure I got all the bugs, and request assistance to do so.
To date ran through the Smitfraudfix down load, and followed the instructions posed by chaslang. See attached reports.
Have not run spets 3 and 4.

In addition I have followed part of the read & run me First Malware removal guide, and have removed & performed the following steps
Removed & installed the latest Java
Setup MSconfig in normal startup mode
Emptied the recycling bin
Downloaded & installed CCleaner (yet to run)
Enabled viewing of hidden files
and am ready to start proceeding with the needed instruction for WIndows XP
