Malicious Trace Files that won't go away.

I recently removed a peice of malware that had hijacked my browser, its the type that likes to reinstall itself.

however... a tracefile was life, and it generates a host of dll files that interfeir with my browsing [since I removed the main malware program, it doesn't popup anymore stuff, but when the generated DLLs are trying to run, nothing happens and browser I'm using hangs untill I kill explorer, the DLLs in question, and reinitialize explorer. this has to be done each time the machine is rebooted] I tried SMIT Remover... but the program doesn't recognize it as an expected file and it doesn't remove it... I also can't delete it manually... since its infesting the winlogon process [like SMIT does.]

The filename is unfamiliar, and doesn't show up on any google searches... but I'll give all the information I can, some way to remove this pain would be greatly appreciated...
