My external Seagate drive for all my backups contained a malware called bloodhound. I did nto see it on Chaslangs listing of identified malware so it should be added. I could delete it out of quarantine w/Norton 2003 updated version but it couldn't repair it. I used Spywareblaster w/latest version and after running it did remove the infected screen off my desktop which I couldn't remove prior.

I'm not sure what "listing" you are referring to but if you meant this

    Uninstall Malware via Add/Remove Programs

then it does not belong in that list since it is not an installed program. It is just the name of an infection like tens of thousands of others.
