Hey guys... i tried my best to follow all of the steps in the stickies
but the infected computer seems to be unable to open any antimalware programs or websites.
malwarebytes.org is unable to be reached.
even this site is unable to be reached (unless i come here through a proxy)
    i've already deleted Viewpoint Media.

I only got Hijack this to work and MGtools to work. (even renaming .exes doesn't work. eg; renaming it to SAS.exe )

Ad Aware keeps finding sysnotifier.exe(random numbers) and deleting it. Also recently it found files in the System32 folder that it suggested to quarantine (if these files are necessary to know i'll search through an hour of aim chat log because i wrote it somewhere)

Services.exe keeps having errors. And I know it's not an internet problem because i'm currently using a different computer to type this. Any ideas?

ALSO::: My case seems to be very similar to this post. http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=181146

I have those problems too... All links in google seem to lead to "go.google.com/22838272327??"

Nowhere else to turn to. :cry I'll be checking in here regularly. thanks guys

You need to attach the C:\MGLogs.zip.

Have you tried running the scans in safe mode?

Sorry, I gave up. I reinstalled windows.

The MGTools program seemed to work but it was unable to post the logs. It seems as though i was unable to use any anti-virus programs or visit any security related websites.

Yes, I did run the scans in safe mode, nothing more was found. System restore wasn't working either.

One tip I can give you guys if you encounter this problem with someone in the future: It was only affecting popular browsers. Songbird (a mozilla music player currently in beta testing) has a built in browser, which i usually never use. But in this condition it was the only unaffected browser.

Thanks guys for the great info on the website otherwise.
