I have run READ & RUN ME FIRST- Malware Removal Guide to make sure there are no Malware. The relevant logs are attached.

1. Running Ccleaner: is it required to login to all other User Accounts on the PC including the Administrator account which will only show when booted in safe mode?
2. Should StartupCPL be installed to limit how many programs load at startup?
