Malware free?

Had some trouble with this computer just checking to see if it is malware free. The active scan results I found and deleted them, except the one within windows registry. Also I tried a couple firewalls, such as zone alarm and sygate, but they created problems. The computer is a gateway with windows 98se. Any suggestions?

You need to complete all the steps in the READ & RUN ME and attach all the logs if you want us to have a better idea if you are free of malware. Below is a list of the requested logs (you only attached two of them. Note: if you cannot run CounterSpy or AVG Antispyware, due to having Win98, use this: SUPERAntiSpyware )
