malware frequency

hi,having just been infected with two different types of trojan in two days and having little problems prior, i'm curios to know if there is a site that lists the types of trojans and how common they are, as i have heard of the same issues as i have, occured to others on the same day, is there a news site etc thats trustworthy that reports new threats other than mcafee? they seema bit clinical and dont show much

Hi

Yes some of the major antivirus companies list the known new virii, some with locations frequency and severity, to name a few, the lists are only really what each of these companies antivirus applications are reporting back to them, so not an accurate guide but close enough IMO to the state of what infections are in the wild and active

Doesn't your anti virus protection have a list and updates? Seems it should do it automatically for you. Thought mine was, perhaps I'm wrong.
