Malware has taken over my computer!

    I am attempting to go through all of the steps listed for malware removal, however I am not getting very far. I get an error when trying to remove Java 6 Update 13 that says "iqs.exe" must be closed to proceed. I don't know what that is.

    Also, I am getting "permission" errors every time I try to run any antivirus or removal software. My USB and CD are not accessible any more. My Google searches are all being redirected. Please help. :(

    I was able to run Combofix last night.....this morning. Log attached. Looks like my USB drive is working again. Any help would be appreciated. :p

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    You need to complete all the other instructions in the READ & RUN ME and attach the logs from the below that were requested. Especially now that you got Combofix to run and it fixed one of your main problems. You may need to uninstall SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes and then redownload new versions to get them to work.
