Ok so I have this problem where I havn't been able to access some websites for about a week now. Suspecting I have some malware on my computer I have gone through the entire malware removal scanning process as posted on here by chaslang. I have scanned with superantispyware - malwarebytes - combofix - root repeal and mg tools. have got logs for them all. Of these the one's that actually state if something harmful was found or not they all say no threats were found. Aside from the limited internet access I dont' seem to have any other problems. The pages that aren't working simply never load or as in the case of facebook, it eventually loads after say 5 mins but the format is all weird, no icons or anything, just everything on the left hand side of the page in default type. The pages I can't get to are hotmail, facebook, ebay and some other randoms one's as well. Just for the record the pages won't load in either Explorer or Firefox, also all other computers running of our router are fine. I did have a play with the MTU settings via speedguides TCPOptimizer but that didn't seem to help either.

Is there any chance some kind soul could check my logs or suggest anything that may help? Thanks in advance.

    Btw, I'm running Vista32bit with NOD32 Antivirus 4

Hmmm actually took the laptop to work today and connected it to the network there and there was no problem at all with it which was awfully bizarre as all other computers on our network at home had no problems with those sites so I was convinced it was something with my comp. Better still, now that its home again its somehow reset itself and there's now no problems with it here either. After all of that it's just fixed itself. Oh well guess at least the computer got a good clean in the process so thanks to chaslang for posting the malware removal guide. :) How do I remove this thread?
