Malware help needed please

I got some malware about 48-72 hours ago. I ran adaware and half way through it crashed, so I ran it again and it never finished. I found the file name, wml.exe, and was directed to this site. On here I found help from TimW with a similar problem, however when I tried to fix the problem I was having using his guide I noticed that many of the file names were different. I selected the ones that were similar and that I was unfamilure with and told Hijackthis to fix them. It seemed to do the trick, and yet another popup appeared.

when those two first popped up I told Spybot to deny access to the reg. Now I'm wondering if that was a bad idea, they will not stop trying to access it. I also learned from on here that cftmon.exe is for audio so I feel it's safe, and now (feeling like an idiot) I can't figure out how to tell it to allow instead of deny.

So now I'm at my whits end and asking for help. I'm uploading the screen shot of what my Spybot SD is currently doing, and my Hijackthis log.
