    Hi! I ran all of the scans on the computer. CounterSpy and and Spybot found no files, but here are the files that the other scans did find. Please let me know if I did this correctly. Thanks!

    What problems are you having?

    You need to follow the instructions for downloading and renaming HJT:
    C:\Program Files\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe --> C:\Program Files\HijackThis\analyse.exe

    Both your ShowNew and GetRun logs are dated:
    It's Fri July 13, 2007 11:02:17 AM

    You need to atleast use add/remove programs to uninstall:
    J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 4"
    Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_03"
    Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_05"
    Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_06
    Viewpoint Manager (Remove Only)"
    Viewpoint Media Player

    Then reboot and install:
    Java Runtime 6
