malware help

Hi!

This happened just last dec. my avira was detecting a virtumonde or vundo trojan, so i used avira and vundofix.exe. they were able to detect and remove the dll file that was infected but the list just won't stop after every reboot. os i followed your "read and run me first" and i was able to remove the malware on jan 4. then i just noticed yesterday that i can't find my cd drive and dvd drive. it says that their files are corrupted. what happened and what should i do?
