Malware issue

Hello I am very inexperienced at doing this type of thing but I tried to follow all the steps precisely in the malware removal tut; I will inform you on what I could not accomplish.

The Problem seems to be a few pop up ad's "winanitspyware" and a few others that randomly pop up.

The 1st step I took was trying to use the vundofix from the Special Removal Procedures thread, no success nothing was found.

step 0 - done
step 1 - done
step 2 - done
step 3 - done
step 4 & 5 - exceptions - no Microsoft Windows Defender or Microsoft
Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool. And CounterSpy
would also not let me update since its expired.
step 6A - Bitdefender would not run - something about my sp2; Panda ran.
6B & C - done
step 7 - done
step 8 - done

I wasnt sure if it worked, but a few hours later of my comp doing nothing much more than idling, I got another pop-up. Please advise me on my next course of action. Thank you

 

other files - its not uploading the runkeys.txt

 

should I just post the runkeys.txt in the message body?

 

No. Please post it as an attachment. what problem are you having when trying to upload it ? open the file and add a blank line at the begining, save it and try uploading it then.
