I have completed the "READ & RUN ME FIRST" steps and still seem to be having the issue.
The Issue... I keep getting a pop up window which will not close and runs on top of all programs. It reads...

    Wifi Service
Wifi Service was encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you were in the middle etc, etc, etc... (I hope you get the idea)

However in the interest of full disclosure during the hitman report the first time I ran the scan I did not realize there was a drop down menu and that I had to change it from quarantine to ignore and I hit the next button. In an attempt to correct this I tried to go back but was not able it just closed on me I ran hitman again and the report attached is from the second running. I hope this does not affect me. Perhaps you could reword the instructions to.. "BEFORE you click next make sure to change from Quarantine to ignore as quarantine is the default setting".

Please advise me and help me with the next steps. Thank you in advance.
