Malware Logs

I followed the Read and & Run me first instructions, as well as the XP cleaning instructions.
From what I can tell I got a trojan somehow. I believe it happened in the past 1-2 days. Last night I noticed that when trying to use google to search (or yahoo) that all my search results lead me to spam/porn sites. I noticed no other performance issues, but it seems now that due to this infections I have a lot of nasty websites trying to communicate with my computer and Spy Sweeper tells me like every 30 seconds of a new site that has been blocked.

Attached are the logs that are requested, SAS found nothing so I don't believe it produced a log.

Thank you for the help! I think you have probably saved me from a reformat. I would like to know if I am clean and safe, and if there is anything you can tell me about how I was infected, as well as how I can stop the constant attempts at communication from the spam sites.

 

I think it is important for me to note that I had not run Windows Update in several months and that may have been part of how this happened. When I ran it last night, it installed 30 parts. Yeah...
