Malware "meetlocalpeople.org"

I am having some apparently serious problems with my machine. I will briefly describe what has occurred.

When starting my windows XP system (with McAfee always on) this evening, firefox automatically loaded and brought up the website "meetlocalpeople.org." Assuming it was some annoying maleware I simply ran malwarebytes. Upon restarting my PC it happened again so I thought, ahhh here we go and began the READ&RUN ME FIRST protocol.

So here's the scary stuff. While restarting after going the the read and run me the computer boots, gets to the windows login and I can select the username and begin loading. However, now half the time I am constantly getting a blue screen of death right after windows explorer loads up.

I am writing from a different PC right now because I could not successfully get the computer to boot in order to get the log files and desperately need sleep before work tomorrow. Does this sound like something that could be caused by malware or should I be taking my PC to geeksquad (or something) for repairs immediately? I will post the log files as soon as I am able to boot up properly and access them.

 

Here is an update on the status of my PC along with the log files.

I am able to start the computer and get to the desktop, however, even though the mcafee symbol is on I cannot open it to run a scan. This says to me I still have some kind of problem and read and run me didn't help.

Also, when I tried to start Firefox I am getting the blue screen on death.
