Malware Nast

Hey everyone,
I have a problem. Ok, acouple days ago I ran a virus scan using adaware, AVG, and symantec security check. They found a trojan in C:\ProgramFiles\InternetExplorer\MoWang and took care of the problem. I ran a virus scan a couple days later and found it again. I also found a file on my drive C: labled alexamw and deleted it too. I did some looking around at various anti spyware forums and such and checked my computer again. I found a file named sy in C:WINNT\system32\config. I also found in system32 a file called 008. They are both applications that were created on the day I found MoWang. I don't know what they do or how to safely get rid of them if they are bad. None of my virus detection crap is finding sy or 008 and I'm not too computer savy myself. The last problem I encountered was when symantec security check found a trojan downloader in C:\ in a file called ff.exe. along with it was a script called run.tdm. I went into safe mode to scan them with AVG, rightclicked on ff.exe and went to go to Scan With AVG but I accidently hit open. A comand prompt flashed on my screen then it along with ff.exe and run.tdm disappeared. I have no idea what they do or how to find them now and how to get rid of any of these problems. Can someone please help me?:cry
