malware prob

    Hi All:

    I am running win 98 se, Norton system works premier, & spy bot. I have followed all the steps in the sticky regarding malware removal. I have used ad ware se, counter spy, cc cleaner, and cw shredder. I am still having a prob with lucallbackproxy. When I power down, I keep getting a lucallbackproxy error message.

    Please help,
