Malware Problem. Help!

A few days ago I was on aim and my freind IMed me with a weird message and a link included. I usually see right through those stupid viruses but for some reason I clicked it and ran the program. I am on Windows XP and use SBC yahoo. Currently ads pop up via internet explorer and constantly interrupt me. Also, whenever I am on sbc yahoo and open a link the brower freezes up and its forced to quit. There are other symptoms like occasional breaking down of my right click and occasionally I can't get to the task manager. In addition to that I tried to print a website last night and was unable to do so. If it helps this is the link I clicked which gave me the malware http://piktures.servepics.com/IMAGE03_DOT_com thanks so much for any help you can give. Usually adaware takes care of this kinda stuff but this time it didn't. Thanks again!

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
