malware problem

well i got this virus and its laggin my com by alot yeah i run a hijackthis and this is wat i found

any idea how to clear any virus in here ??

Please follow the instructions and links in the box below. Also, when you post your logs, please give us a little information about what symptoms you are having that brought you to us for help. Please do not skip the link early on in the READ & RUN ME for add/remove programs, as that is an easy way to get rid of several bad things. Also, later in the process of cleaning your computer, we have specific instructions for doing HijackThis. Please pay close attention to those. You have to move HijackThis to a folder under Program Files and rename it.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

If, after doing ALL of the above, you still have a problem, make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis taking care to install it as per the instructions to the proper folder and to properly rename the hijackthis.exe file to analyse.exe. This is very important due to some new infections going around!

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too:

CounterSpy (this one must be saved by you)

(AVG Antispyware log) – this one ONLY IF you were not able to run CounterSpy

Bitdefender – from step 6

activescan.txt – from the Panda scan from step 6

runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat

newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat

hijackthis.txt – the log from the analyse.exe scan – (HijackThis has to be renamed and be in the proper folder – read the instructions!)

NOTE:You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!
