Malware problem

Hi im not the best on pc's so bear with me , ok last night (i know im stupid) i got a link from some1 on msn is this your picture it was called i clicked it and yes now my pc is bad i ran spyware doc last night all seemed fine when i came on today all hell has broke lose i had hundreds of pop ups saying they are from spyware doc i also have on my screen a screen saver saying click here to scan your pc i really dfont know wat i am doing any help would be good .



Ive just started a spyware doc run i have 59 infections on 2% hopefully it will cure it

 

also ctrl at del dosnt work say sits been disabled by administrator
