Malware Problem ??

    Having IE8 Problems did have worm.win32.netsky popup thought it got removed with PC tools ran all your removal instruction except combofix and roorrepeal which would not run. Cannot attach files/logs as the attchment link doesn't show 1 of the problem in IE8 also can't print from it please help. email is (removed email addy for protection) as links don't work

    Can you use a different browser? Can you save the logs to a thumb drive and then attach them from a different computer?

    Tnanks for the tip did not think of that. Got tired of trying different programs to clean out the computer and stopped wasting time just format the partition and reinstall. The cowards way out I guess.
