Hello i have had this malware problem, my computer kept connecting to random sites and would not let me install any removal software. Managed to find a program to get around this and follow your online procedure. However not all the software would run, so i have posted logs for the software i could get to run. PLEASE can you help to see if my system is now clear, seems to be running fine.

Thanks in advance for any help, i have found your site very helpful and hope you keep up the good work.:major

You need to attach the below other logs that were requested from the below scans
    • SUPERAntiSpyware
    • ComboFix
    • MGtools
Also since you did not update Malwarebytes before running it, you really need to run it again and first update it as requested. Then run a new scan and attach the new log.
We do not ask for HijackThis logs. We specifically stated not to post any.

I'm sorry to tell you this but you did not update SUPERAntiSpyware. You are more than 200 databases out of date. Also you did not download and use the current version of MGtools as requested. You are more than 13 months out of date with MGtools. You must always follow our instructions and download and use the current version of our tools.

You need to run SUPERAntiSpyware and first select Update. Then afterwards run a new scan just to be safe. Attach the new log.

Then you need to download and run the current version of MGtools. The link was in the READ & RUN ME but I will repeat it here for you: MGtools Attach the new MGlogs.zip file.

I'm not seeing any remaining issues in the old logs you attached but it would be much safer to see the new logs.
