Your logs are clean but you do need to update to the current version of Spybot. You are using a version that has not been used in 3 years.

Also you need to uninstall all the old versions of Sun Java as requested in step 6 of the READ ME. Uninstall the below:

J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 10
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 11
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 3
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 4
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 9
Java(TM) 6 Update 2
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 6 Update 1

Also you should now uninstall the CounterSpy trial program.
