   I recently received a couple of e-mails that my anti-virus warned me not to open because they were full of malware. I never opened them ,but they are sitting in my inbox and when I try to delete them it says that "an unknown error has occurred". The e-mail I am using is windows live and my computer is a dell vostro. How can I get these e-mails off my computer? Thanks!

   Not really a malware problem. More likely a Windows Live corruption issue or permissions isssue.
   
   Possibly something a fix simiiar to when using Outlook can be applied. See the below:
