It seems to me that coming here is just increasing my problems. Now I keep seeing a message that comes up above the start and states is transferring files. I have not clicked on anything that would have downloaded except what was first asked of me to download CCleaner and this did not work ....just caused system to bring up more internet pages of virus

Sorry to post here yet again, but seems to be the only way to contact someone....unfamiliar with you site and have not been able to figure out how to have a conversation or reply to a conversation. I have read your instructions Read & Run Me First but I am unable to download anything requested because each time I try the virus sends me to their sites ....I am so freaking frustrated with all this I could just wipe it again and hope that works...am totally computer illiterate, which should be obvious since I can't even figure out how to start a conversation or new thread....or even reply to the one sent me.....Please HELP

Well thank you Kestrel13 for giving me a response I could respond to, but was not impressed by being called an idiot by other staff member. How can I get through to you that I am unable to download anything....your tools, someone else's tools, CAN NOT DOWNLOAD. Every time I click on any of the about links I am redirected to the sites being run by this virus DNSlocker. Am 60 years old, not really computer savey and can not afford to pay $100 or more to have it fixed. You site came highly recommended, but I am still at a loss.

Do you have access to another computer? A friend or relative that could download the tools and transfer via thumb drive?
