Hey guys...hope I did everything correctly. The reason I did this is because whenever I would log into facebook it would take forever for my home page to load, then it would freeze up. I noticed the bottom "progress" bar had this strange address in it:

https://fbcdn-profile-a-akamailhd.net/hprofile-ak-ash4/211933_XXXXXXXXXXX_XXXXXXXXXXX (The X's represent numbers I didn't want included in this post.)

So I've attached all the logs, except the Hitman Pro.
In the middle of running it I got this screen:

    http://i219.photobucket.com/albums/cc98/lsrepairs/photo_zps898d4b25.jpg

After rebooting I got this pop-up message from Microsoft:

The system has recovered from a serious error.Error signature
    BCCode: 77 BCP1: C0000015 BCP2: C000015 BCP3: 00000000
    BCP4: 0193000 OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP: 3_0 Product: 768_1

The following files will be included in this error report:
    C:\DOCUME~1\DEBBE\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER43af.dir00\Mini101513-01.dmp
    C:\DOCUME~1\DEBBE\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER43af.dir00\sysdata.xml

So...what do you make of all of this? :confused

I am not finding any malware in your logs.

Do this, however to remove some junk:

http://imageshack.us/a/img841/7292/thisisujrt.gif Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.

    • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
    • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Seven, right-mouse click it and select Run as Administrator.
    • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
    • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
    • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
    • Attach JRT.txt to your next message.

Run this: Disable/Remove Windows Messenger to remove Windows Messenger. Do not confuse Windows Messenger with MSN Messenger because they are not the same. Windows Messenger is a frequent cause of popups.

You need to clean out your temp folders.

You should pursue your issues in the software forum.

Since you are not having any malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:

    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it in step 4 of the READ & RUN ME.
    3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    4. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Now goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    6. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.

After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:

Thanks Tim. I've attached the JRT log.

Guess I'll head on over to software to ask about my other issues.

    :wave You rock!
