Malware removal, stuck no exe will work

I got a nasty little malware that does not let me install or do anything in the steps in this thred:
Read & Run me first
It dis allows me from initializing any .exe files and there for I am stuck, can not even use combofix as it negates.

The same symptoms as this user was having is the same one that I have.

I dont see a remedy just yet on this issue, have you guys came up with a recipe for this one.

Okay guys got around this issue, with the help of following the steps of this thread.
This thread really helped and at the moment I had to reinstall Avast again and I am running a bootscan on the drive using avast/
Malwarebytes under safe mode was able to find the trojan/malware causing all of this.
I will post the log shortly.

 

As soon as I get back to that laptop again I will try to find the logs.
