   You need to follow all of the instructions properly. The instructions explain what to do if SUPERAntiSpyware crashes. Did you try those steps?
   
   Did you try renamining Malwarebytes? Did it hand during installation or while running a scan?
   
   As stated in the READ& RUN ME, you need to finish all steps which means you need to run MGtools and attach the log.
