    Hello,
I am troubleshooting for a friend who is having PC issues related to Trojans/Malware. She has a Dell Inspiron 560 with a Pentium (R) processor Dual Core CPU E5800 3.20GHz with 3 GB RAM installed. Windows 7 Home Edition. Received BSOD prior to my perfroming scans. I do not know what the error message was. Attached are the logs from scans on this PC performed in Safe Mode with Networking. Noted improvement in processing speed and online after scans were ran. Any guidance is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help and time.
    Sincerely,
    Fred

I'm sorry, but logs from safe boot mode are really not that helpful unless there is no other choice and you did not say that you could not boot in normal mode. Please attach logs from Malwarebytes and also MGtools obtained from Normal Boot mode.

Based on these new logs and your first logs, it looks like the cleaning process took care of your malware. Are you having anymore problems?
