malware shuts down all programs every 10 sec.

    A new malware tactic, at least for me. Every 10 secs. everything shuts down--desktop icons and taskbar disappear, programs reset. If I'm fast enough to start a program it runs, but: HJT runs, but then shuts down before I can look at or save results. Avira antivirus cleaned several trojans--Vundo.37888, Dropper.gen, Qhost.kpm, Patched.ck.6, Qhost.kpm, Tiny.705, Drop.Btlo.EF, Agent.cure--but gets stuck on TR/Fakealert.ANE. Same thing in SAFE mode, 10 seconds of yes, then shutdown. I'm getting amazingly good at running through menus and Start buttons in 10 seconds, but I think I've done all I can do without your help. Help!

    If you cannot run your PC for more that 10 seconds then you will not be able to run anything that we give you to perform scans and get us some logs. Your only recourse may be to reinstall.

    However you could try physically unplugging your cable to the internet and see if your PC will remain running longer. Let us know.
