Malware & Slow computer

I normally run Sophos, which detected a nasty.
Ran the 'Read and Run Me' file from your site, picked up a few things via Malware Byteware.

Thought it was sorted but over the last 24 hours the computer has started acting completely loopy. Figure I better hand it over to the experts.

Tim - thanks for the response. If you are not seeing malware then I will have to assume that crashing of Internet Explorer and issues of general slowness are down to laptop performance.

Sophos, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and SAS have not picked up anything since the original logs I have submitted so I will assume I have killed anything that was there.
