Malware slowdown

Hi there,
I seem to have picked up something which is making my computer run quite slow, especially when I try to get on line.
I've run an Anti-Virus scan, us Avira, also scanned for spyware using SpyBot, and A-Squared free. Nothing showed up with these scans.
Having found your site, I downloaded the application mentioned for cleaning up XP, and ran them, as per instructions, and have the logs which I have attached.

You forgot to attach the log from RootRepeal.

Your problems do not appear to be due to malware. Your logs are clean (other than anything already removed). Perhaps you are just experiencing issues related to what you are running like ZoneAlarm, Avira, and also the below junk which is probably from your ISP:

O23 - Service: McciCMService - Motive Communications, Inc. - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Motive\McciCMService.exe

I also suggest that you remove the below files from your root folder if you need them

It is a very bad idea to store files here that you need and also this can slow your PC down too.

You also need to uninstall the below old Sun Java versions and install the current version as requested in the READ & RUN ME
Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_05
Java(TM) 6 Update 11
Java(TM) 6 Update 7

By the way, you are also controlling startups and services by using MSconfig which step 4 of the READ & RUN ME instructed you not to do.
