Malware up the wazoo

My teenage daughter's computer is SLOW. She's a big myspace fan and has collected malware from all the cutesy stuff she's downloaded. I'm her mom, and not too stupid, so I can follow directions.

This site is so full of stuff I don't know where to start and the computer is slow, so browsing the site is really frustrating! CAN YOU JUST TELL ME HOW TO FIGURE OUT WHICH MALWARE I HAVE SO I'LL KNOW WHERE TO START?

We have Spybot S&D and AVG. Spybot always sends pop ups asking me to accept or deny changes to the register. I always deny. These things pop up like popcorn when my daughter goes to her myspace. It's a pain.

I downloaded Hijack This but don't know what to look for in the log.

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!
