Malware URGENT dilemma

Hi everyone!

We're having a problem with our PC. it's loaded with trojans and new malware thus preventing us from installing any antivirus, anti-malware and anti-spyware programs and the like. it has a previously installed McAfee antivirus program but it's not updated anymore (we can only use the free version). we tried to install antivirus programs through the flash disk, but we cannot install anything still since it requires us to log in as PC administrator. we checked the user account area but there's no administrator account there. is that also because of the viruses too?

Aside from preevnting any installation, the virus also keeps on making new My Documents folder and copies any folder we open. it also makes the PC run slower and unable to obey specific commands.

The platform we're on is Windows XP. We also use Internet Explorer.
