    I have been having problems with xp pro and the file open, or file insert, when it goes to look in and the box drops. Like I choose lets say my documents and it takes around 32 sec to open. Or I choose file open from a program and it takes to long to open. I have run all the programs you have suggested. Here are my text logs. Please help if you can.

    You have many items in your documents folder that need to be moved! You should not be running program .exe's from this folder:
    C:\Documents and Settings\R....\My Documents\.

    We instructed you to run ComboFix from your desktop, not here:
    J:\ComboFix.exe --> please put it on your desktop now.

    Combo is showing these as still running:
    AV: AVG Anti-Virus *On-access scanning disabled* (Outdated) {17DDD097-36FF-435F-9E1B-52D74245D6BF}
    AV: COMODO Antivirus *On-access scanning enabled* (Updated) {043803A5-4F86-4ef7-AFC5-F6E02A79969B}
    FW: COMODO Firewall *enabled* {043803A3-4F86-4ef6-AFC5-F6E02A79969B}
    FW: Outpost Firewall Pro *disabled*

    But it appears as all that you now have is Comodo.

    Your logs are clean, so I suggest you post in the software forum, as I believe most of your problems may be due to where you have installed things.

    Since you are not having any malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. Unless you purchase them, they provide no real-time protection. They are useful as backup scanners.They do not use any significant amount of resources ( except a little disk space ) until you run a scan.
    2. If we had you use ComboFix, uninstall ComboFix (This uninstall will only work as written if you installed ComboFix on your Desktop like we requested.)
      • Click START then RUN and enter the below into the run box and then click OK. Note the quotes are required
      • "%userprofile%\Desktop\combofix" /uninstall
        • Notes: The space between the combofix" and the /u, it must be there.
        • This will uninstall ComboFix and also reset hidden files and folders settings back to Windows defaults.
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If running Vista, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    6. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    7. If you are running Vista, Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below:
      • Refer to the cleaning procedures in step 3 the READ ME for your Window version and see the instructions to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points.
      • Then reboot and Enable System Restore ato create a new clean Restore Point.
    8. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:

    Ok, thank you, but I have a question. If I remove the ones that are .exe in my documents, does that mean I will have to reinstall that program if I move them to a different place?

    The program .exe's belong in the program folders. Links can be on the desktop, but once you move the exe files to their program folders, you will need to either re-point the link to the new location or create new shortcuts. You can discuss this further in the software forum. :)
