Malware? Virus?

Well i accidently downloaded a virus/malware thing called Conduit Search.
I don't know if that is the problem but whenever i turn on my computer is would say Catalyst Host Applications has stopped working. Also i am unable to run most apps including league of legends, skype, norton, minecraft, itunes, and more. So i uninstalled conduit, but the problem still persists. So then i installed malwarebytes and it removed a bunch of stuff related to conduit and other bad things. Some programs have started working like itunes, norton, and it would let me start up league of legends but won't let me get into game. SO i ran norton and it removed some stuff too. Problem still is there for some apps. HELP please!
Should i do a system restore? Thanks!
