Malware - Windows 7 - Cannot access internet

Hi MajorGeeks team,

My PC appears to be infected with some type of Malware and I am having some trouble removing it. I have had Malwarebytes installed on my computer for some time now, as well as Comodo, but they have not picked up this issue. I am hoping that you guys can please help me out here.

My PC is running Windows 7 64 bit and is currently unable to access the Web due to the Malware I think.

I have followed the Malware Removal Guide - thanks for setting out things so clearly.

I have attached my logs for:
- Rogue Killer
- Malware Bytes
- Hitman Pro
- TDS Killer

I am unable to run MG Tools on my PC - I have attached a screen shot of the error that comes up, something to do with 32 vs 64 bit. I am not sure how to proceed here.

I appreciate any help you can provide.

Try running MGTools in safe mode. If it really does not run in safe mode do this:

Download OTL to your desktop.

Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.

Vista and Windows 7 users Right-click OTL and choose Run as Administrator)

When the window appears, underneath Output at the top change it to Minimal Output.

Check the boxes beside LOP Check and Purity Check.

Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.

When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.

Attach both of these logs into your next reply.
