Am getting loads of "undelivered mail" or similar. Am using Outlook 2003 and problem appears to arise when Outlook is loaded. Spyware Detector says I have Trogan.Agent.HT as shown below.

    SpyFound Name: Trojan.Agent.HT, Worm: HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-3910618891-3121291178-3423385078-1006\software\microsoft\internet explorer\main\"window title"
    SpyFound Name: Trojan.Agent.HT, Worm: HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-3910618891-3121291178-3423385078-1008\software\microsoft\internet explorer\main\"window title"
    SpyFound Name: Trojan.Agent.HT, Worm: HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-3910618891-3121291178-3423385078-501\software\microsoft\internet explorer\main\"window title"

This is not reported by other software.

have included logs from Hijackthis. Panda & runkeys. Will attach logs from ShowNew and Bitdefender in a separate thread.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Welcome to Majorgeeks!

There is no malware showing in your logs! Only two programs of questionable usefulness that have spent time on the rogue antispyware list. SpywareBot and Spyware Detector. I do not recommend using either of these tools. What Spyware Detector is giving you is ridiculous. It is giving you an indication of a Trojan because you have your Internet Explorer Window Title changed for your ISP to advertise its name.

Dump this program and see if your problems go away but I doubt the program is impacting your email. It is still not a program that I would recommend.

You should also delete the C:\Program Files\SpywareBot folder since it looks like you uninstalled it. Be more careful on downloading antispyware programs from the internet. There are hundreds of them that are absolutely junk and some that are even malware. See this too:

Returned emails are more than likely not due to malware but rather due to incorrect addressing or due to the recipient blocking your email (either being treated as spam or because their inbox is full).

Now here is something you need to do. Uninstall the below old versions of software:
    J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 3
Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_03

Now install the current version of Sun Java from: Sun Java Runtime Environment

Thanks for this. However, these are not emails I have sent. Cannot confirm if these emails genuinely originated from my system or elsewhere. Just seems coincidental that the incidence increases with use of Outlook 2003

It's possible that it is just spam!

Let's try something! You don't have a true firewall installed. Download and installed the below and see if you still have problems afterwards.

    ZoneAlarmFree

Where did you get Outlook 2003 from? Is it on an ORIGINAL (made by Microsoft) CD?
