    This is a business computer.
    Our work uses Business Works.
    My business works will not open.
    Gives me Unable to Start the Application OLE Server.
    I have scanned for viruses.
    Per our computer guy, who i do not like and think is simply ripping us off, i ran combofix.
    Combofix says there is Rootkit.zeraccess detected no matter how many times i run it.

    You have to be VERY careful running Combofix at the moment. I do not advise you to run it again until a recent issue has been ironed out. If you ran all the rest of those tools from our procedures, what happened to the MGlogs.zip from running MGTools.exe? Can I see that please?

    Can you attach the log from Combofix?
