malware?

Did all on the list but CCleaner was unavalible in safe mode .I have had one problem after another ,,,finally I used the 3 restore disks . The scans were all negitive .But when I start windows (restore is off) it says a file had to be recovered from a another copy and was sucsessful . I downloaded AVG anti virus after one use it now reports not being able to run ,,,spybot on downloading says corrupted files ,,,,spysweeper says download another copy ,,,zone alarm too ,,,adaware too . firefox has internal error and zip7 which I didnt know I had on my system failed to open the file ...jeez ...Before I got a warning messenger was talking online and wasnt the peer to peer type ... The PC was restarting
