    It would be a lot more useful to us if you stated what problems you were having.

    And it would be more beneficial to you if you followed ALL the directions in steps 0 to step 7 of the READ ME. Please go back and run all the steps you have not run like for example:
    - Microsoft Windows Defender
    - all of step 6
    was there anything else you skipped.

    And then attach the additional logs that are clearly requested in step 6.
