Malwarebytes Detecting Home Movies

I ran Malwarebytes today and it found 6 Registry Keys issues and a whole lot of Trojan Agents. The problem is that the 2000 plus trojan agents were either home movie files or the folders that contained them. I searched the web for any known false positives with home movies made from a Sony video recorder, but found nothing.

I haven't let Malwarebytes take any action because I don't know what it is going to do. I certainly don't want all of my home movies erased because they may be infected with something. How can I tell if these are false positives or if the files and folders are actually infected with something. Does Malwarebytes simply remove the infecting agent and leave the original files intact? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
