I have Malwarebytes PRO installed on my PC it's a real time protection anti-malware.

    Quick Question
-Should I still need to manually scan my PC? (Using MBPRO "Full Scan or Quick Scan")
-When opening a USB, should I still need to manually scan it before opening it? (I am used on doing this before having Malwarebytes PRO)

Because I am having a thought of Malwarebytes is a real time protection that will automatically block malwares as soon as it detects something so I dont need to manual scan every time that I will open newly downloaded files.

The real issue was Malwarebytes Free version and PRO version starts up very slowly every time i want to scan.

    -Thanks

Yes run a quick scan with MBAM every few weeks.

Personally, when I download something and right click it and scan it with MBAM and my av program before I install it just to be extra safe.
The slow time for MBAM Pro to fire up is well worth NOT having to clean something off the computer that might have sneaked in.
