man i realy suck..

spyware removal

i was fallowing the steps to remove my computer's spywares, it is a windows 98, so i didnt worry on following step 1 (wich is for WinXP & WinME) and 2 (Windows XP, 2K, NT). but when atemping to follow step 3 i went to c:/ on my computer and in the top of Windows Explorer, there is no Tools =0, should i forget this step on windows 98 to, or is there a diff way to reach tools in this comp?

any help will be very apreciated!

 

ok here is another problem i'm having: rebooting my comp on security mode (in the windows 98) i tryed to kjeep pressing F8 before the windows screen apears.. but it allways does apears and then my comp reboots in normal mode =( can someone help me on this??
