I think I have CoolWebSearch: About:blank but CWS does not detect it but Yahoo! Anti-spyware does.
I have even found it in hijackthis!

And I got the error from winfixer 2005 (mabe windows registry repair 2005)
but it is called windowsantispyware2005 or something..

Here below is a hijackthis! scan and please give me a link to get PandaActive and the other one.

For some one who is supposed to be a expert malware fighter, I have to wonder why you are posting a log asking for help. And in addition you have followed none of the directions as required by the sticky threads.

Perhaps you should have the experts in the below help you fix you problems:

If you read my post COMPLETELY.. it said SOME.. and I recommend programs that can rid it most of the time.. I like to help others and I may need help myself.
I am planning on getting a degree in computer repair from going to votech in 9th grade and I have my life planned and started so don't pick on me because I like helping others :p
Eventually I will know even MORE about malaware than I do now from my job that I am going to get in the near future.

Not picking on you! I just found it surprizing that you would make posts telling people to go to a forum for help, when it appears that you do not know that much about malware removal. It is very easy to completely break someones PC if you do not know what you are doing.

The everyday tools that you are referring to are great for most basic simple infections but they do nothing to help resolve many of the real problems in the malware world today. That is obvious from the number of people still needing help after running them. However they do help get PCs into a better and know condition. They also do a more complete job of removing simple things then just using a HijackThis log to delete a registry entry. That is the reason that HJT is last. It really shows very little of what may exist on a PC.

It's fine that you want to learn and great that you want to help. But you should be reading and following all the threads in this forum. You will get a great education that way. You will learn about all kinds of malware problems and the techniques used to fix them.

You don't even have a firewall installed and yet you are telling people to use a firewall.

Immediately posting a HJT log that shows that none of the READ & RUN ME sticky was followed or even read indicates that you need to spend more time reading the threads here and learning the procedures. You did not even know how to get to the online scanners which are all part of the READ ME.

Yes, I know I tried kerio personal but for some reason it won't let it run on my computer.. that error report thing pops up every time I try to run it.
And yes I do know some online scanners.. You don't know much about me but I do know a bit about malaware and yes, you may be right that they are still having problems but most of the programs I recommend completely delete them.
And also, about the online scanners.. I got them from zonealarm.com.
Time browsing through the internet pays off ;)
And here is the HJT log after this post.. I am in quick reply

Kerio is not the only firewall around and just because you cannot use it (for whatever reason) does not mean you should run with no firewall. Use one of the other firewall's (free or paid).

No the scanners you recommend DO NOT completely delete malware. None of the malware scanning programs out there completely delete all malware. In fact that is why we use many of them and not just one. And then we still need to perform manual removal steps. Most scanners do a reasonable job on the easier/older forms of malware but do very little for most of the new problems that exist. The best program thus far at removing a few of the more difficult problems is SpySweeper but it is not free. If the scanners completely removed malware, this forum would not be necessary and you also you would not be posting here for help if they worked so well.

You need to follow ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support This must be followed completely before posting HijackThis logs.

You also need to explain why you have around 20 or more svchost.exe processes running. This is not normal. 3 to 6 could be considered somewhat normal. Also are using HijackThis's filtering capability to exclude any lines from showing. If so, you must not do that. If you are running XP professional do the below:

    • Click Start, Run and type cmd
    • Type tasklist /svc >c:\tasklist.txt
Then upload tasklist.txt here as an attachment. Also run the below from the command prompt:

    WMIC /OUTPUT:C:\ProcessList.txt path win32_process get Caption,Processid,Commandline

Then upload the ProcessList.txt file as an attachment.

What malware problems are you experiencing.

Here are the malaware problems I have experienced.
At startup I get an error saying ''system error-Issass.exe not found''
And of course that is not true.
And just wondering, can you get a virus if a person uses a router and shares the internet and the person who mainly has the router and downloaded a virus.. Can it transfer to that computer to both?

My response was already given to you in message # 10. When you complete those steps and respond to them, we will be able to continue.

Chaslang, I don't have the time.. most of the time I am on my brothers computer and he said he would probably reformat the computer.
I think most of the problem is the computer itself mentioned by you in a winfixer thread or someone else did.
